I saw them in action and must say I was blown away and they look superb as well. Highly recommend, Reviewed in the United States on January 1, 2020. Tires are lower down on my priority list, so I haven't done any research on replacements yet. 2010 Pearl White RZR S - SOLD 2012 Liquid Silver RZR XP 900 2016 Velocity Blue RZR XP TURBO. Thanks guys!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk .
day 1 i actually broke 2 front axles on a rock/hill climb. The traction is outstanding and they look nice too. My biggest concern is How well they do in light mud like the soupy soppy stuff (traction wise). I've seen very few negative reviews on them. Most UTV drivers tires that works well in a wide-range of conditions. Hope that helps. Thank you, Exactly what I was wanting to know! Your recently viewed items and featured recommendations, Select the department you want to search in, Reviewed in the United States on September 22, 2019. Aop Westpoint Windrock and aop are rough on tires. Lighter tire but I don't think it will hold up. It will be a bit of an experiment in the durability stand point since they are new. Deeper lugs and ride smooth on hard surfaces, Reviewed in the United States on February 29, 2020, Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2020. Wouldn't you be at/over the listed capacity? These are my next tires I think! I like mine and will buy them again unless I find something better. I like the softer compound. They are really soft though so be aware. I've seen many people have received the carnivores but no one has reviewed them in the terrain I ride! I have had these for about 8 months or so. I haven't been in mud or on rocks with them yet, but they do well on hard pack. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. I don't drive a ton on the road just a mile or two here and there. Even on two wheels, 1400 lbs isn't far off loaded RZR weight. I am posting this because I didn't see enough information about these tires while I was researching them so I'm going to be documenting different things about them with pics and videos so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask. Unless I find something new or different, I'm pretty sure the Carnivore will be the next tires on my General. Just got back to camp at windrock raining pretty good and these things do pretty good Been raining on and off all day and I'm very pleased. They do not survive on pavement. My thought, whether it is correct or not (not an engineer): If you're landing on two wheels the suspension is unloaded, by the time it squats the fronts have landed and you're fine. These are at the top of my list for potential Big Horn replacements. A great place to find rides, meet people, and exchange ideas / parts/ rzrs!
Sending them back tomorrow. Most of what little I've found has been very positive, other than trying to find them in stock somewhere when ordering. While I don't have very many miles on them, I am really liking them so far.
I have a 16 900S with stock dirt commanders on it right now. How do these carnivores hold up to a little bit of pavement? That's the one thing (well, availability) holding me back. I posted side-by-side photo of stock tire (26x8x12) next to these (29x10x14).
Can't say for sure on windrock but mine did great at aop. That tire/wheel combo looks great on your rzr! We have done a few black trails including 10 and 15. This is the second sxs I've had them on. Headed to windrock in a couple weeks I'll say more after that. Overall traction is very good so far very happy . Is that not the case? The tread blocks are jagged-looking and give the tire more of a flat profile with the tall side lugs. Spacing between the tread blocks allows for a good mud clean-out, yet are close enough together to gain traction on hardpack surfaces.
How do the sidewalls hold up I'm worried about punctures, My bighorns lasted 300 miles so I'm hoping the 8 ply holds up better, can someone comment on this? Thanks for the video...and for keeping us posted on how you like these tires. • Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. I can hit some things in 2wd on wet rocks that the roctane guys have to work at it in 4wd and the blackwater guys pull the winch. Now they're out and show a re-stock date of February, 2017! These tires are awesome! Completing the CAPTCHA proves you are a human and gives you temporary access to the web property. I also drive mine around the neighborhood so the tread pattern seems like a perfect combo for me but just looking for maybe someone who has experience with them! Got mine today. I ride a lot of sharp rocky terrain and they wore pretty hard, but they are great on loose dirt and mud, snow is okay. Great on the dirt and roads, but aggressive enough for the mud. Plenty of grip even in the mud. I appreciate the soft compound on the rocks though, I rode up a steep pure shale mountain and while everyone on bighorns got stuck i cruised up with ease. Excited to give them a try though. they are stiffer than the stocke dirt commanders. Getting ready to buy a set.
