I always love reading about people’s favorite beauty products and their everyday go-to items. I decided to share my own, starting with my drugstore purchases. These are the items I keep in my gym bag or use on the go since they’re less expensive and if something breaks in my bag (the horror) it’s not as upsetting since everything costs less than $10.

While these are all drugstore brands, they really work well and are comparable to most of my high-end purchases. Up until the past year or two, I’ve almost exclusively used drugstore products. All of these items could also make a great makeup starter set.

Here’s the everyday drugstore beauty products I use:

Maybelline New York Superstar Better Skin Foundation

Maybelline New York Eye Studio Liquid Eyeliner

Maybelline New York Fit Me! Stick Foundation

COVERGIRL TruNaked Eyeshadow Palette in Roses

Maybelline New York Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer

Maybelline New York Master Contour Kit

essence Eyebrow Designer Pencil and Brush

COVERGIRL Super Sizer by LashBlast Mascara in Very Black

Burt’s Bees Chapstick

So, the total cost of all these items is:

$55.65

Say I use the items for 3 months straight (it’s recommended to toss opened mascara after 3 months), the daily cost of each application would only be $0.62! I have no idea if that’s good number or not, but I feel good about it. How much does your “face” cost?

These everyday makeup products are affordable and easy to use. Plus they’re perfect for teens. Keep reading to see the total and daily cost of these go-to drugstore beauty and makeup products.

The Burt’s Bee’s chapstick is probably the only one that has truly worked for me! My lips get super dry and I can feel a difference with them!

I’ve heard great things about that eye palette, but I haven’t tried it yet. I should pick it up sometime!
